Roselyn Powell was born in the United Kingdom to Jamaican Windrush parents, with a heritage that continues to inspire every aspect of her work. Deeply connected to Jamaica's culture, history, and traditions, she is passionate about creating authentic, meaningful, and exceptional experiences for every guest.

With more than 25 years of professional experience spanning international safeguarding, social work, travel and tourism, and aviation, Roselyn brings a distinctive blend of expertise, professionalism, and personalised service to every client interaction.

As the founder of a bespoke luxury concierge and cultural experiences service, Roselyn draws on her First Class Specialist training within the airline industry to curate seamless, exclusive, and unforgettable journeys. From private cultural tours and premium dining experiences to bespoke itineraries, VIP services, and special occasions, every experience is tailored with meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of hospitality.

In addition to her work in luxury travel, Roselyn is an internationally recognised Safeguarding Consultant and Trainer, specialising in hospitality safeguarding and the design and delivery of safeguarding training across a wide range of sectors. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and exceptional client care underpins everything she does, ensuring every guest enjoys the very best of Jamaican hospitality with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.

Her journey also includes working as an Overseas Tour Operator with a UK tour company, Guest Service Manager for a chain hotel followed by transferring her skills into Aviation, where she currently works Part Time For a Major UK Airline. Roselyn is a certified TPDCO Team Jamaica Tour Guide, recognised by the Jamaica Tourist Board.

Today, Roselyn combines her lifelong passions for travel, tourism, and community development through immersive cultural tours of Kingston. Staying true to her social work roots, Roselyn and her team actively supports a nominated local school, helping to ensure children remain in education and that tourism gives back directly to the community.
